X2000 1.5kw off-grid system

Reliable and robust wind turbine system for battery charging up to 2kw peak output, complete with fully-adjustable battery charge controller with low-speed boosting, protective load dump, and RS484 comms connection port.  This is a complete kit to install on your own tower, or we can supply a custom-built tower at additional cost.

Selected to suit Australian conditions, these carefully designed wind generators have been chosen for reliable and quiet operation in our harsh environment, and are ideal for land-based applications.

Installation is very simple and can be performed by one or two people with just hand tools, in a couple of hours.

• All external parts are powder-coated aluminium or carbon-fibre plastic, with quality stainless steel fixing screws and nuts.
  
• Strong blades – latest carbon fibre blade design allows up to 40 m/s wind speeds.
• Quiet blade design – special blade moulding breaks up laminar flow across the blades, reducing noise.
• High wind protection – blades bend out of shape in very high wind, protecting the wind generator.
  
• Mount to a standard 48 mm locally available stainless steel, or galvanised pipe.
• Simple installation, using a 3-wire cable (not supplied) between the wind generator and the charge controller.
• From the controller to the battery use twin 6mm double insulated wire, or heavier.
