Move massive amounts of air out from your sub-floor area. Use the 40-watt sub-floor fan models, and a much bigger 360mm hole in the wall to really move the damp air.
- These fans come with a mesh safety cover on each side, for safety protection.
- Size of the mounting plate is 560 x 560mm.

Hugely effective, silently moves more air than any other sub-floor fan, fits 300 mm diameter flexible duct.
Important Note:
Give some thought to airflow direction under the house. Use the solar sub-floor ventilator to provide a cross-flow where fresh air is drawn in at one side, and the damp air is expelled from the other. Consider whether you need to make extra openings to assist in this cross flow of air. Air will always take the shortest path. To ensure all the sub-floor space is ventilated, you may even need to cover a couple of nearby vents.
In almost all cases it is best to run solar sub-floor ventilators directly from the solar panel, however in rare cases of extreme damp, it may be preferred to operate the fan via a thermostat, so that only warm air is pumped in.
